Physical properties and fluidization behaviour of fresh green bean particulates during fluidized bed drying
Senadeera, Wijitha, Bhandari, Bhesh R., Young, Gordon, & Wijesinghe, Bandu (2000) Physical properties and fluidization behaviour of fresh green bean particulates during fluidized bed drying. Food and Bioproducts Processing, 78(Part C), pp. 43-47.
Changes in the physical properties (such as particle density, bulk density of the bed, shrinkage and bed porosity) of fresh green bean particulates were investigated during drying. Three length:diameter ratios (1:1,2:1 and 3:1)were considered, using drying conditions of 50 C and 13 % RH in aheat pump dehumidifier system. The fluidization behaviour was evaluated at 10 levels of moisture content.

Citation countsare sourced monthly fromand citation databases.
These databases contain citations from different subsets of available publications and different time periods and thus the citation count from each is usually different. Some works are not in either database and no count is displayed. Scopus includes citations from articles published in 1996 onwards, and Web of Science® generally from 1980 onwards.
Citations counts from theindexing service can be viewed at the linked Google Scholar™ search.
