Abstract
One of a series of poems written specifically for a week of activities focusing on domestic and family violence in Rockhampton in 1996. This poem was later published in the University of Tasmania's Launceston Student Union magazine titled 'Prodigy... the Womyn's Edition'; read as part of a collection of poems at the Rockhampton Women's Shelter Annual General Meeting in 1997; and utilised in a family violence community health training program from 1997-2000.
