Fitzgerald, Anne M., Pappalardo, Kylie M., & Austin, Anthony C. (2008) Practical Data Management: A Legal and Policy Guide. (Unpublished)

Abstract

This guide has been produced to meet the demand for resources to assist researchers with data management. It is designed to help researchers and database managers understand the legal, management and policy questions that arise in relation to research data.

The guide is based on the recommendations made in chapter 10 of Building the Infrastructure for Data Access and Reuse in Collaborative Research: An Analysis of the Legal Context (2007) OAK Law Project and Legal Framework for e-Research Project.

Citation countsare sourced monthly from Scopus and Web of Science® citation databases.

These databases contain citations from different subsets of available publications and different time periods and thus the citation count from each is usually different. Some works are not in either database and no count is displayed. Scopus includes citations from articles published in 1996 onwards, and Web of Science® generally from 1980 onwards.

Citations counts from the Google Scholar™ indexing service can be viewed at the linked Google Scholar™ search.
