Abstract

"This document provides both a statistical and narrative account of a significant multi method research study that aimed to explore and describe the current context and nursing skill mix associated with client outcomes in three wards at The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH). The purpose of the study was to contribute to the definition of new evidence bsaed model(s) of care and nursing skill mix for the redevelopment of TPCH in the context of acute/subacute care provision."--P. 9 [v. 1]
