Cultural issues of our time
Lidstone, John (2006) Cultural issues of our time. Cambridge University Press, Melbourne, Australia.
Cultural Issues of Our Time is a text book with a difference. At a time when the media appear to focus almost daily on cultural conflicts afflicting the world, it is easy to forget that right around the world people are trying to live enjoyable and useful lives in peace and harmony with others. Accordingly, each of the authors was invited to explore a cultural issue of global importance within a local context of particular significance to themselves. They were further invited to present the issue and its potential resolution in a positive light and to make particular efforts to seek out "good news".

Citation counts are sourced monthly from and citation databases.
These databases contain citations from different subsets of available publications and different time periods and thus the citation count from each is usually different. Some works are not in either database and no count is displayed. Scopus includes citations from articles published in 1996 onwards, and Web of Science® generally from 1980 onwards.
Citations counts from theindexing service can be viewed at the linked Google Scholar™ search.
