Description of the background of Fitzroy Indigenous and South Sea Islander Women's Workshop, 31st March 1996, Country Comfort Inn, Rockhampton, Queensland.----This workshop came about as a result of a group of Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Australian South Sea Islander women discussing how they wanted to address some of their needs and issues. The Aboriginal and Islander , 30-Community Resource Agency (AICRA) organised and hosted this conference. Copies of the report are in resource collections at AICRA, the Rockhampton Women's Health Centre, Rockhampton public libraries, and at the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies (AIATSIS). AICRA has held numerous successful women's conferences in the Central Queensland Region. Funding was sourced for this conference from the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC).

Some works are not in either database and no count is displayed. Scopus includes citations from articles published in 1996 onwards, and Web of Science® generally from 1980 onwards.
Citations counts from theindexing service can be viewed at the linked Google Scholar™ search.
Full-text downloadsdisplays the total number of times this work’s files (e.g., a PDF) have been downloaded from QUT ePrints as well as the number of downloads in the previous 365 days. The count includes downloads for all files if a work has more than one.
