Abstract
This report has been produced as part of the work program of project 3.05, “Enabling Real-Time Information Access in Both Urban and Regional Areas”, established within the Cooperative Research Centre for Spatial Information (CRCSI). It sets out the findings of an extensive review of published materials dealing with policies and practices relating to information access and reuse, with a particular focus on materials generated, held or funded by public sector bodies.
