Visualisation of groundwater flow using texture based visualisation techniques
Warne, David, Young, Joseph A., & Cumming, Benjamin Donald (2009) Visualisation of groundwater flow using texture based visualisation techniques. In OzViz 2009, 3-4 December 2009 , Monash University, Clayton, Victoria. (Unpublished)
This is the latest version of this eprint.
Texture based techniques for visualisation of unsteady vector fields have been applied for the visualisation of a Finite volume model for variably saturated groundwater flow through porous media. This model has been developed by staff in the School of Mathematical Sciences QUT for the study of salt water intrusion into coastal aquifers.
This presentation discusses the implementation and effectiveness of the IBFV algorithm in the context of visualisation of the groundwater simulation outputs.

Citation counts are sourced monthly from and citation databases.
Citations counts from theindexing service can be viewed at the linked Google Scholar™ search.
Full-text downloads displays the total number of times this work’s files (e.g., a PDF) have been downloaded from QUT ePrints as well as the number of downloads in the previous 365 days. The count includes downloads for all files if a work has more than one.
