Differentiation of rice tungro
spherical virus variants by RTPCR
and RFLP tungro bacilliform virus (RTBV), the
other causal agent, which causes the
symptoms.
RTSV is a single-stranded RNA virus
of 12,180 nucleotides (Hull 1996).
