Abstract
This report reveals the research plan for the project inscribed on a two year timeline. The plan shows all the main modules for the research followed with a discussion on the major issues and problems expected during the implementation of each module. In the end, a proposal is presented to Redland Shire Council briefing the whole research plan in general, and addressing the issues, in specific.
