A good distance
Choy, Sarojni C. (2001) A good distance. Australian Training Review, Oct/Nov/D(40), pp. 30-32.
Using the Internet to collect data has become popular among researchers and this article outlines a recent Australian study exploring the online learners' expectations of a range of support services. The aim of the study was to improve the nature and levels of existing support. Online learners in the vocational education and training (VET) sector were surveyed and the article describes the methodology of the e-mail survey and provides an appraisal of the methodology.

Citation counts are sourced monthly from and citation databases.
These databases contain citations from different subsets of available publications and different time periods and thus the citation count from each is usually different. Some works are not in either database and no count is displayed. Scopus includes citations from articles published in 1996 onwards, and Web of Science® generally from 1980 onwards.
Citations counts from theindexing service can be viewed at the linked Google Scholar™ search.
