Abstract
Triathlons conjure up images of athletes running far into the distance, swimming into treacherous seas and cycling amongst dangerous city traffic – a scenario that would put
off the most ambitious of school teachers. But triathlons do not have to be that way – most schools have the facilities, or access to them, to hold modified triathlons in a safe and healthy environment.
