Induction into the profession of School Guidance Counselling
Newly appointed school guidance and counselling professionals are often experienced teachers familiar with the school system. Nevertheless, the field of guidance counselling differs quite significantly from that of teaching. Unfortunately, the experience of new guidance and counselling professionals has received little research attention. Based on focus group interview data, this article discusses the perceptions of professionals on the induction of new professionals.

Some works are not in either database and no count is displayed. Scopus includes citations from articles published in 1996 onwards, and Web of Science® generally from 1980 onwards.
