Abstract
In labour recruitment, there are several factors that affect the labour cost. These factors can disrupt the project execution and can cause variances in labours. Therefore, it is important that these factors are analysed through the roots of the causes and be corrected. Selecting the proper corrective action is part of a decision making analysis, which include risk analysis. Determining the risk ranks from the factors in labour recruitment could support in attaining the suitable corrective action in order to anticipate any variances occurred.
