Description
Virtual production is a way of making films, games and interactive content that combines motion capture, virtual cameras and a range of real-time 3D technologies to streamline the post-production process. QUT film, TV and animation students go on to work on big budget Hollywood films, visual effects and triple AAA game titles. Virtual production provides them with a range of skills they can apply to a number of different areas. The mini-doc on this subject was directed and produced Dr Phoebe Hart, shot and edited by Joe Carter and executive produced by Chris Carter and Geoff Portmann.
Impact and interest:
Citation counts are sourced monthly from Scopus and Web of Science® citation databases.
These databases contain citations from different subsets of available publications and different time periods and thus the citation count from each is usually different. Some works are not in either database and no count is displayed. Scopus includes citations from articles published in 1996 onwards, and Web of Science® generally from 1980 onwards.
