Description

'Sssh, be quiet' ... How often do we, as teachers, find ourselves saying these words? There is a fine balancing act that emerges in a classroom situation between chattering noise and constructive and active engagement. Too often we consider the chattering of our students to be in direct opposition to active learning and let's face it, sometimes we just need some quiet time.
