Multi-financial modelling framework for public housing

Rachmawati, Farida (2022) Multi-financial modelling framework for public housing. PhD thesis, Queensland University of Technology.

Description

This research focussed on the development a multi-model financial framework, not only for affordable housing for low-income families, but also for ensuring the viability of public housing. This comprehensive research includes multi-stakeholder decision criteria for public rental housing and low-cost home ownership. The study extends the traditional financial analysis by using system dynamics to build an advanced investment decision model. The study outcomes suggest a range of public housing rental determinants, implementation strategies for government subsidies to strengthen the viability of mixed-housing developments in transit-oriented development projects.

Search Google Scholar™

Citation counts are sourced monthly from Scopus and Web of Science® citation databases.

These databases contain citations from different subsets of available publications and different time periods and thus the citation count from each is usually different. Some works are not in either database and no count is displayed. Scopus includes citations from articles published in 1996 onwards, and Web of Science® generally from 1980 onwards.

Citations counts from the Google Scholar™ indexing service can be viewed at the linked Google Scholar™ search.
