Description
NSW Supreme Court, Lonergan J, 4 November 2019. Damages claim by a participant in a horse event claiming negligence met by various defences including waiver and protection afforded community work done by volunteers.
The judgement was appealed in 2020. See 'Additional URL' link below to the appeal.
